Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how xBirthdays ("the App"), developed by JxstColin ("the Developer"), handles your data. Your privacy is important — xBirthdays was designed with a privacy-first approach.

xBirthdays does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All birthday entries, settings, photos, and notes are stored exclusively on your device. There is no user account, no cloud sync, and no server-side processing.

The App does not use any analytics frameworks, tracking tools, advertising SDKs, or crash reporting services. No usage data, device identifiers, or behavioral data is collected or shared with third parties.

xBirthdays may request the following permissions on your device. Each permission is optional and only used for the specific feature described:

All data is stored in local device storage. The export feature (JSON, CSV, vCard) creates files locally on your device that you control. No data is transmitted during export — files remain on your device unless you choose to share them yourself.

xBirthdays does not knowingly collect data from children. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted at all, the App is safe for users of all ages.

xBirthdays does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs that process user data. The App operates entirely offline and independently.

This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes in the App or legal requirements. The "last updated" date at the top of this page indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or your data, you can reach the developer via the contact form.
